Pastor Paul Glover

Pastor Paul Glover comes to Florida after more than 40 years in the ministry in Bloomfield, New Mexico. Pastor Glover retired from the full time ministry at Light of His Way Church, which he and his wife founded in 1984. After retiring in 2024, Pastor Glover and his wife, Roseann, moved to Florida. But through digital technology, he still enjoys spreading God's message through various social media platforms.

Aside from being Paul's wife of 50 years, she is also his best friend and works in assisting in video production, keeping the finances in order, communications and other responsibilities of being a pastor's wife. 

Donnell and Erin Field

Donnell and Erin, owners of Field Imagery Productions, provide the technical expertise with the digital productions of the ministry. Working behind the scenes with video production, website updates, email correspondence, and accounting. Erin grew up in the church and has a wealth of knowledge and experience from being there alongside her parents in the ministry. Donnell comes from a public relations background with experience in photography, cinematography, social media platforms and public speaking.
